Enrollment Overview

A parent or legal guardian must enroll each student. Please include current legal documentation that shows guardianship.

Before the school considers a student for admission, the parent or legal guardian must submit the following items to the Circle of Life Academy office:

  • A completed registration packet
  • Indian Student Certification (please attach a copy.)
  • Birth Certificate (please attach a copy.)
  • Immunization record (please attach a copy.)

The school reviews all enrollment applications on an individual basis and may deny enrollment at its discretion.
